Software Licensing Terms
For-profit companies and individuals intending to use our software for commercial purposes are required to obtain a commercial license.
Commercial License
The commercial license permits:
- Source code modifications.
- Proprietary use of the software.
- Exemption from the copyleft provisions of the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPLv3).
This license is ideal for using our software in commercial products and applications, allowing you to keep your code proprietary. It offers an alternative to the AGPLv3, which is applicable for non-commercial projects.
GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPLv3)
If you have not purchased a commercial license, your use of this software for non-commercial purposes is governed by the AGPLv3. This includes the rights to use, modify, and distribute the software while adhering to its copyleft provisions.
Agreement Terms
This Software License Agreement ('Agreement') is between CoCreate LLC ('CoCreate') and you (including your agents and affiliates), as a commercial licensee of CoCreate's software.
License Acquisition
If you intend to use this software for commercial purposes, you must obtain a commercial license from CoCreate. Use of this software for commercial purposes without a commercial license is prohibited.
